OpenGEX. You can write to info@opengex.com about anything to do with your data.

Your email address. To send you the edition for each session. You give it to us when you subscribe and you can withdraw it yourself with the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email.

The plan you asked to be told about, if you did. If you leave your email on the waiting list for a paid plan, we note next to it which plan you are interested in, only to send you that single heads-up on launch day. In the meantime you get the free edition, and the form says so before you send it. Withdrawn like everything else: with the unsubscribe link.

Where and what you trade, if you tell us. After you confirm your subscription we ask, optionally, which platform you use, which assets you trade and whether you trade intraday, swing or options. We note it next to your email to decide which platforms and assets to add and to tell you if what you ticked arrives; we also add the answers to a count that does not keep who gave them. If you do not answer, nothing is stored. Withdrawn with the unsubscribe link.

Your subscription, if you pay. The plan you have and whether it is active. Payment is handled by Paddle, who sells to you and issues your invoice: we never see or store your card details at any point.

Your use of the API, if you are on the top plan. When you last used your key, from which internet address (IP) and how many calls you make each hour. We need it to apply the rate limit and to detect whether a key is being shared.

Attempts to sign in to the dashboard. So that nobody can use that form to send you email you did not ask for.

• Your email address: until you unsubscribe.
• The sign-up and dashboard sign-in links: five days.
• The API usage log: thirty days.
• Your subscription data: while it is active, and afterwards for as long as the law requires for invoicing.

We say it because it is true and because it is not the norm:

• There is no analytics. Neither ours nor anyone else's. We do not know which pages you visit.
• There are no tracking cookies and no advertising. The only cookie we set is the one that keeps you signed in to the dashboard, and it only exists if you go into it.
• We do not profile you or make automated decisions about you.
• We do not sell or hand over your data to anyone for commercial purposes.

You can ask us for access to your data, to correct it, to delete it, to stop processing it or to hand it over so you can take it elsewhere. Write to info@opengex.com and we reply within one or two working days.

If we change anything important in this policy, we will tell you by email before it takes effect.
